Q: Will this mount work with my TV?
A: Check two things:

1. Weight – your TV must be 50kg or less.

2. VESA pattern – from 100×100mm up to 400×400mm.
   If your TV meets both, the mount will be compatible.

Q: Can this be installed without the pole?
A: Yes. The mount can be used flush to the ceiling (53mm drop) or with the optional 800mm pole.

Q: Can I get a shorter pole?
A: Yes. You can cut the 800mm pole down to the required length and re-drill the mounting holes.

Q: Does it work on sloped or angled ceilings?
A: Yes. The bracket can be adjusted from 0° to 90° to suit flat, sloped, or angled ceiling installations.
