How do I know whether this TV mount will work with my TV?

There are two factors to take into account when buying a TV mount. They are weight and VESA (mounting hole pattern). Look at the specifications of your TV and see if they fit within the weight and VESA for the TV mount in question.

Does the TV Ceiling Mount have to be 3m?

The TV Ceiling Mount comes out of the box with enough poles to have a 3m drop. You are able to purchase more poles to extend the drop in multiples of 800mm. You are also able to remove poles in multiples of 800mm to reduce the amount of drop.
