The SureMount SPM02B is an adjustable ceiling projector mount designed for installations where a modest amount of additional drop is required.

With an adjustable drop range of 300mm to 440mm, the SPM02B is ideal when a low-profile fixed mount such as the SPM01B doesn’t provide enough clearance, while still keeping the projector relatively close to the ceiling.

The adjustable ceiling plate is suitable for flat or sloped ceilings up to 45°, making it a versatile option for home theatres, offices, classrooms, meeting rooms and commercial installations.

The universal mounting system uses independently adjustable arms that can be configured for 3-point or 4-point projector mounting patterns, while ±30° projector angle adjustment allows the final position to be fine-tuned for accurate image alignment.

🔍 Which Projector Mount Do I Need?

The SPM02 is the first adjustable-drop model in the SureMount ceiling projector mount range. It’s a good choice when the approximately 135mm fixed drop of the SPM01 is too short but a long extension isn’t required.

If you require more than 440mm of drop, the SPM03 provides a 500–770mm range, with the SPM04 and SPM05 providing progressively longer extension.

If ceiling mounting isn’t practical, the SPWM04 provides an adjustable wall-mounted alternative.

The SPM02B uses independently adjustable mounting arms and is compatible with a wide range of LCD and DLP projectors.

The standard arms provide a spread of up to 320mm, which can be increased to 380mm using the separately available SMPLB Projector Mount Extension Feet.

No.

Choose the SPM03B if you require additional extension.

The SPM03B provides an adjustable drop range of 500–770mm.

For higher ceilings, the SPM04B provides 700–1170mm, while the SPM05B provides 1000–1970mm for very high ceilings.

9️⃣ What if my projector mounting holes are wider than the standard arms can accommodate?

If your projector requires a wider mounting spread, the separately available SMPLB Projector Mount Extension Feet can be fitted to the SPM02B.
